In Boise, Idaho, the real estate market is showing signs of growth, with an increase in home sales and moderate price rises. In Ada County, single-family home sales rose over 11%, with a median price increase of less than 3% to $540,000. Canyon County saw nearly a 9% increase in sales and a 4% rise in median price to $415,000. Twin Falls County experienced over a 10% increase in sales, with a median price of $365,000, up almost 4%. While demand is rising, prices are not spiking, leaving uncertainty for 2025.
